CNC machine setter for automatic lathes (m/f/d)
Full time or part time
Your tasks
- Programming, running in and setting up our CNC automatic lathes
- Inspection of the manufactured parts under a microscope incl. Measurement with measuring equipment
- Independent tool change incl. precise alignment in the μm range.
Your profile
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or CNC specialist (m/f/d)
- Extensive knowledge in setting CNC machines (adjusting and optimizing programs)
- Accurate and fine motor skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German
- Shift readiness to 3-shift work should not read this text.

CNC machine operator for automatic lathes (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Independent operation of several CNC automatic lathes under consideration of form, dimension and material properties
- Documentation of the editing process
- Changing and adjusting the tools
- Error detection and elimination
- Independent quality control of the manufactured turned parts
- Disposal of metal chips, coolants, lubricants and other waste products according to environmental protection management specifications
Your profile
- Completed training as a cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic or equivalent qualification
- Very good technical understanding and experience in reading drawings
- Confident handling of conventional and CNC measuring equipment
- High sense of quality and responsibility
- Independent way of working, ability to work in a team

Machinist / Industrial Mechanic / Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- The independent elimination/repair/optimization of any malfunctions of our automatic lathes and production machines
- Maintenance of these at regular intervals
- Recording of maintenance in the BDE/MDE system
- Operation of the equipment in series mode
- Performing quality and dimensional checks and documenting them in the system
- Cleaning and maintenance of the machines
Your profile
- Machine fitter / mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) (or similar qualification)
- very good technical knowledge in mechanics
- Motivation, ambition, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team
- Understanding technical drawings
- An understanding of programming, setting up and operating CNC lathes would be a great advantage, but not a prerequisite - further training opportunities for this qualification at WIGGENtech would be welcome.
