#Quality management
Quality management at WIGGENtech is not an end in itself, but an integral part of our daily work and central to ensuring the highest quality of precision turned parts and fasteners. We are happy to give you this in writing: On July 28, 2022, WIGGENtech GmbH was successfully certified according to DIN ISO9001:2015 by TÜV Süd.
All WIGGENtech products are manufactured with modern and high-precision multi-spindle or single-spindle lathes. Even before the start of the production process, after the machines have been set up, the dimensional first part approval is carried out for at least one test part per spindle with the aid of state-of-the-art measuring machines such as our Keyence 8020 or our 2-D shaft measuring machine MTL 300 EVO, calibrated measuring equipment, and additionally visually according to a defined test plan. In addition, tests are carried out during the series production process in accordance with the test plan.
WIGGENtech is always close to the customer. That’s why we know what our partners want and how important it is to meet deadlines and quantities and to adhere precisely to technical specifications.
As a competent, efficient and reliable partner, we are constantly working to meet and even exceed our customers’ requirements. We already have a well-equipped measuring room with 3D measuring machine ,
Digital measuring projector, shaft measuring machine, roughness measuring equipment and mold tester. In addition, several measuring stations with the product-specific measuring equipment are available in the production area so that the quality and precision of our products can also be checked immediately on the production lines.
Our work is geared towards continuous improvement in all areas and is characterized by error prevention and risk minimization measures. Our employees are aware of their obligation to the highest quality and orient their thinking and actions accordingly. The management and all employees are committed to this quality policy.

The high satisfaction of our customers in the annual supplier evaluation with our service is the greatest award for our quality. In addition, the annual monitoring audit by the independent certification company TÜV Süd also provides external confirmation of the quality of our organization and processes.
